Skylite Cellars Winery is a boutique winery and home of the famous Walla Walla Hiney wines. Located under the arched copper top roof on the Walla Walla wine trail, Skylite Cellars has generously donated a Mangum Estate Merlot-2005 for you to add to your collection.
From their website regarding the ‘05 Merlot:
The first vintage using 100% of our own fruit from the Skylite Vineyard. Blended with 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is truly characteristic of what the Walla Walla Valley can produce. Distinct and super-concentrated, this wine is enjoyable now but can be cellared for another five years. Aged two years in new American Oak, only 56 cases produced.
